I don’t know exactly what I need yet but I don’t really need much. Most important is a small computer to convert sensor input to MIDI. Then I need some sensors and a little thinking. I’ll have to find out about breath sensors, breath strength. I need to know about trumpet fingerings and alternatives. Finally I [...] I want a cheap, highly portable and tweakable electronic trumpet. I’ve used an AKAI EVI1000 for a long time but it always needs my AKAI VX600 synthesizer or a special sound module to send signals to other synths or to the computer. My list of demands; cheap for easy experimenting I’m a 3d graphics designer, programmer, electronic musician, trumpet player and more. I’m highly interested in ‘synaesthesia‘ from a creators point of view.
